Portfolio Calculate ("we", "this site") is a free investment projection tool at portfoliocalculate.com. This policy explains what information is and isn't handled when you use it.
Everything you type into the calculator — amounts, returns, holdings, all of it — is processed entirely in your browser. It is never sent to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone. Close the tab and it's gone.
We save one thing in your browser's local storage: the holdings list you build on the Portfolio page, so it's still there when you come back. It never leaves your device and you can clear it anytime via your browser settings.
This site is served by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely and may keep short-lived request logs, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not access or analyze personal data from these systems.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Chart.js library from the cdnjs content delivery network. Your browser contacts those services to fetch these files, which involves your IP address, subject to their own privacy policies. Ticker searches and price-history lookups are relayed through our own server to Yahoo Finance — only the ticker text you type is forwarded, never your holdings, amounts, or identity.
We may display advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep the site free. Ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. When advertising is active:

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
